Pros
Loved this purchase. Very handy laptop tray. Thoroughly recommend this item. This is so convenient!
Holds the laptop securely at a good level. I was used to grabbing a laptop a throwing it on top of my legs on the bed. The only thing i'm not 100% keen on is the leather bit for the mouse.
Cons
I feel like the seller took advantage of supply and demand during lockdown. This item does the job but is massively overpriced for the quality of the product. It's a decent enough product and functional, it's just very poorly executed and made.
Phone and tablet holder isn't glued very well and doesn't seem sturdy enough to last very long. Build quality is very poor. Rubbish quality & bad customer service.
There is no room (unless you’re not using an external mouse, which defeats the object) to plug in any usb devices into the ports on the right hand side of my laptop. The mouse mat section is not not stuck down very well.

The quality is fantastic too, great design, lightweight, nice looking.
However, when the product was received, i noticed that one of the corners was damaged.
Competitiveness
Something to grip the laptop in place like a antiskid mat or something would improve this item.
Cheaper than a couchmaster - the most overpriced thing on the internet.

I like the design of this item unfortunately the padding in the armrest is crap where i had my wrist resting for the mouse it is now flat with only one use

Its not particularly light when fully loaded but then it probably wouldnt last for any length of time if it was
