First and foremost, the build quality of these monitor arms is outstanding. I have a set of three of these and they are perfect for my setup. Nice looking, good features, easy to assemble and operate.
They are noticeably heavy, which immediately instills confidence in their durability. They effortlessly handle the weight of my displays without any signs of strain. Their flexibility ensures optimal positioning for enhanced ergonomic comfort.
Cons

As for purchasing this item at its full price (~$70), i'm not really sure it is worth it.
It's a great product for the price point.

The instructions were super clear and everything that you need is included in the package.

I assume the ergotron lx is comparable for 5-6x the price, but this thing is a beast and has some nice cable management tools built in.

You just need to follow the instructions to get the right amount of tension for the arm and youre set

The desk i have didnt allow me to use the cclamp in the normal way since i had a back panel but i was able to modify it by adding a block of wood and used the wire cutouts in the desk that already existed and then i was able to use the cclamps
