Pros

It holds my 32in monitor good. May need to adjust some of the bolts tighter or looser to rotate / tilt it. Used this stand with new curved monitor, easy to install and use.

Cons

The disc that goes between the threaded clamp rod and the clamping plate is plastic, not metal. The disc takes a huge amount of force, and i heard mine crack as i tightened the clamp.
