So to get the right height adjustment either you have to have the arms folded so the pole is behind the monitor or you have to clamp it lower on the pole i can only get it 12 way before it starts to droop

Unfortunately i had to send this product back because my desk has a back panel which made it impossible to attach the clamp and i did not wish to drill a hole for the alternate mount

I bought 2 of these monitor arms for a benq 32 inch monitor that one is toward the upper range of the max 19

It holds both sturdily with no issues though the part of the arm responsible for panning left and right is made of plastic and does seem to sag a bit with the heavier monitor

Overall assembly is very easy but the instructions are terrible
