Prosit records pretty accurate step counts unless hammering or other similar actionscan measure my heart rate without extra equipment unlike some other more expensive devicesits also a watch so i dont have to wear separatelythe price is less then half of other similar devicesthe app that records data is user friendly and easy to usebattery life is awesome and can go a week or more without chargingcan be worn not only in the shower but also while swimmingwatch can hold several days of data so if you want it doesnt have to stay linked to your phone at all timesgives you text and call alerts so if i am cooking or cleaning i dont have to touch my phone if i dont need tocons rubber band is not breathable and needs airing outif not sync with phone the time can get off by several minutes sometimes loses connection with phone even if bluetooth is on and phone is in rangesleep recordings may not be accurate if low heart rateoverall very happy with my purchase
