Our apples were home grown granny smiths and are tough little buggars that we use for about 574 apple pies each year they grow so this corer really gets worked hard

You simply push the apple corer through the middle of the apple twist and remove core

I basically have to break the core in half and push the rest of the core out with the end of a butter knife
