When i first contacted them by web support i got several different answers and solutions from different members of the support team indicating their system for dealing with problems is not very sophisticated and the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing

Eventually i got a message to send my unit back after only owning it for a couple weeks and suggesting that it may well be replaced

I spent nearly 30 to have it shipped with insurance and got it back shortly with a note that it had tested out fine

The note went on to say that they ran it through routine testing and if the problem persisted i could send it back again and they would repeat the process and if i was not satisfied it would only then be escalated after shipping it back a third time to a supervisor who would supposedly really look it over
