Came with all the necessary mounting hardware and instructions. Zero problems with this product.

Cons

Cheap plastic. Super flimsy and has too much vibration when under way. Might work on a kayak but not on a bass boat. Emailed the supplier and no response.

Did not come with the cable clamps as shown, but what's better it came with the roster tail attachment plug that is more important.
