I had originally set my sights on the i5 variant because my old qotom box was a 7th gen i5 but quickly realized that this isnt yesteryears cpu in here its a current alder lake for a bare bones pfsense in a home environment i5s too much

Update learned about using intel speedshift instead of the older speedstep i discovered that this bios didnt have the speedshift settings enabled or visible

The cpu ramps up as needed and down to between 300400mhz and the temps are now in the 28c30c at idle and dont go beyond the 40s under load
