Pros

Good air flow and very quite. Includes a shim pack if you do need to level it.

Fan blades are double-sided allowing to choose between two different wood grain/tone appearances. Easy to install, including adding 3-speed fan switch. Fans are the high quality we expected from hunter fans. Installed 2 fans in a 10ft.

Cons

With a 8 or 9 foot outdoor ceiling, in a small space, you cannot feel any air.

Wom (hum sound) turned on the fan, and barely a breeze even on high. I'm returning it for a fan that pushes twice the cfm of air.

It only hums. It’s a loud clank like an internal mechanism is coming in contact with another piece every time it makes a rotation. It's loud and it makes it impossible to sleep. I can hear it trough my sound cancelling gaming headphones.
