Pros

Fan blades are rubber isolated for quiet operation. Fan runs quietly and light works just fine.

It circulates well, is quite and the lighting is great. Living in la with the global warming summers getting hotter, this is a life saver.

Great product, easy to install. Easy installation, better than other brands. Final blade is easier to install because you can line it up with the blades on either side.

It gives you 3 way functionality when you only have 2 way hard wiring. Allows you to dim the lights (works great with leds) and adjust fan speed on the switch plate.

Cons

The fan is noisy. The shroud goes on before you put the blades on. Once the 1st blade is on the motor swivels such that it’s difficult to get the other blades’ screws started.
