Pros

One workaround is to get a remote kit, but i really didn't want something floating around. The one dislike is that it’s not easy to change the light bulbs.

Cons

The ceiling bracket screw slots are too wide for an older 3. Lights flicker like there is an electrical issue. The dimmer switch won't work because the bulbs are led's.
