Pros

One for each bedroom. Installation is very easy even for duel switch rooms. I wish they included the 8-32 screws for attaching the hardware to the ceiling box.

The rubber on the parts stops the vibrations so this = breeze and quiet. My husband keeps telling me how awesome he thinks this fan is because it’s so quiet lol.

Cons

Fan sounds like a bebe or pebble is rolling around inside the fan. This is not an installation problem, it's a manufacturing defect. Light switch for light kit is defective.

Easy to install, plenty of room for wiring in the ceiling cover and they push plenty of air.

I installed three of these and only one of them needed balancing, and even then only a tiny adjustment.
