Pros

After installation they have a nifty way that helps you take the wobble out of the fan at high-speed. Running beautifully and silently. The balancing kit that came with it is priceless.

The hunter bridgeport is an indoor/outdoor fan. Hunter is a private company run out of memphis where i am sure it gets hot.

Cons

When the fan is on medium or low the motor noise is loud. Terrible customer service from hunter. Energy guide on package claims 3579 cfm.

I replaced a original hunter fan that finally quit after 17 years of almost continual use/running.

Just refused to balance properly, with a couple of the blades at least 1/2in higher than the other 3.

Price

Replaced a $350 casablanca fan with this one and i am not sorry with the purchase.

Tl;dr i'm very happy, especially at the price, and would definitely buy again.

I was a little hesitant about the low price point, thinking it might be cheaply made, but no.

The balancing kit that came with it is priceless.

Hunter isn't the same these days, but they're much better than the cheap brands from the box stores.

In many ways, i would say the builder elite is a better built fan despite being $20 cheaper.
