Pros

Very quiet. I am certain that with all of my fussing, i did something because the fan is not silent, but i have a feeling that is my fault. No noise color brands in with furniture in the room.

Many styles to choose from (to fit any decor), quiet, adds a nice * feeling to the dining room. Will look at purchasing another one for another room in our home.

Easy to install (30 min). I am female, 68 yrs old, and this was my first ceiling fan install ever. They are easiest to install and most responsive customer service.

The fan is great and performs well. The aesthetic is much nicer than standard builders grade fans.

Cons

Utterly infuriating. The hanging components and mounting bracket are not the traditional spherical style, rather, it is a small square. This makes it impossible to mount/hang square on a vaulted/cathedral/angled ceiling.
