I dont like lights on my fan but it can be useful since lights above a fan can have a flickering effect from the shadow of fan blades

One downside of many fans including this is that i can head a faint hum thought my floorboards when i sleep in the room above

Dont expect perfect manufacturing but at a normal viewing distance it looks fine

Its quiet when you are in the room and moves air well
