The installation instruction requires imagination to figure out which screws to use for what. Otherwise, the installation is very straightforward.

The design is very simple and unpretentious. Installation is somewhat tricky due to the 2 long drop-down rod. I'm very picky about the ceiling fans.

Fan comes with dimmable bulbs, but i opted to use the ambiance lights from philips hue for additional alexa integration. Great light; i am ocd about lighting and this dims down to the perfect level, not harsh at all.

You can't dim the light without installing the app and enabling the feature. The remote doesn't just have light dimming * on it. There is a business card cheat sheet that comes with it to explain the remote, but that shouldn't be necessary.

Over a period of 2 to 3 months, the bearings inside begin to clatter. The holes for screws on the motor to assemble the blades were found not properly made.

Nothing exposed and no arc burn on any of the wires. Unless they mean the remote, but that's not likely.

Even registering a username in the app was impossible without assistance from their support line. The app interface is beyond terrible and the picture of hlthe man is so childish! Hunter has nothing to say about this pile garbage.

The app is only on one device, my phone. There is no option in the (cr)app to update the fan's firmware. Went back to the android and after multiple tries on different devices it finally and the device was set-up.

It is clunky and difficult to use. You're much better off getting a dumb fan and retrofitting it with a smart switch. Please keep this is mind if you're planning on purchasing.
