Pros

The blades look really nice and clean and they fade into the background. The only disappointment is that they do not provide any kind of pocket for the remote. But these do.

Replaced a 20 year old casablanca fan/light in our kitchen. The light is nice and diffused by the frosted globe.

Cons

Fan takes time to start up and when it reaches full brightness - it flashes. Light is really too dim as well. An annoying humming type noise. A grounding wire was not provided, either.

The fan is dead quiet and required zero blade balancing.

No junction box just a 1/2 " npt nipple anchored to ceiling joist, part needed was in the box.

Competitiveness

I will buy no other brand because the quality is lower and the motors hum.

I have another much more expensive fan in another room that is absolutely silent on low.
