Pros

Easy to install and hooks on the base are great so you can hook the main assembly there while you do the wiring. Hired local electrician after all to assure correct wiring due to our change from dual switched fan/light to remote operated fan.

The fan is quiet and smooth and the light brighter than led to believe with just a few seconds ramp up. It dims nicely but i wish it didn't have to dim to dark before reversing brightness. The 800 lumen 3000k bulbs are not as bright as i'd like (but a... Read More

I have other hunter models and these are definately the loudest.

Cons

Disconnect the yellow wire from the receiver from the blackwire from the fan. Without light on the ceiling makes it very frustrating.

The noise is even louder in person. The lights keep flickering. Have to continually adjust the small tab inside the sockets to stop the flickering.
