Pros

Direction switch in an odd location under a cover which gives a cleaner look. Looks beautiful especially with the oak color side showing. Super silent and hugs the ceiling perfectly.

It is a good fan, but be advised it can be a challenging install. Arrived a day early and took my husband one hour to install. Does not blow a lot of air compared to other similar hunter fans.

Cons

The buzz/hum from the fan is such an annoyance i called hunter customer service, emailed them the original receipt, and without any fuss, they quickly sent me a new fan along with a free return for the old fan. It's a nightmare to pair the remotes if ... Read More

The canopy trim ring was snapped into the top housing, instead of being shipped as a separate piece.

I contacted amazon who sent a replacement and had me ship that one back, and the replacement worked great.
