The fan moves a lot of air on high and med speeds and is very quiet. Great on those hot-humid days. Just the sound of a refreshing breeze on my screened porch.

Super easy to install, relatively clear instructions. Bait and switch feel like a bait and switch.

Silly issue and shows a real lack of quality control. Poor quality control and even worse customer service. That in itself is suspicious. Averaging less than $2.
