Also there were several instances of manufacturing flaws poor cleaning of molds leaving excess metal in screw slots holes that needed to rimmed out to accept screws and number count of all packages were off

The ceiling mount was hard to put up since the last person to put one up was a woody woodpecker and being an older house the studs were hard to find
