Pros

The fan blade screws are in the motor housing & they have to be removed and the blades put on before the light kit goes in. Moderately easy to install. Great temperature control by using remote control and the lighting is wonderful.

Cons

Fan is a waste of money, makes an annoying noise in even lowest speed. Highest speed is equal to the lowest speed of other fan. Quick connect is not intuitive.
