Pros

This fan is fantastic. Works great, looks great. Hunter fans are the best.

It operates extremely well and is spooky quiet. It moves a respectable amount of air to cool a bedroom even on the low setting. Secondarily, it has a very quiet motor.

Design and mixed color of wood and chrome looks amazing. The brushed nickel finish is beautiful and the fan was easy to install.

The 3 included bulbs are somewhat dim, but i found that replacing one of them with a higher lumens bulb worked well. Lightning is much better compared to the last one i had.

Cons

Not worth the high price paid. The fixtures use b10 candelabra sockets, so none of my led lights will fit. Something wrong in the fixture. I have an older house so the mounting brackets did not quite line up.

After 60 days since installation, it just started making a faint mechanical, whining noise, as if two pieces of metal in motor are rubbing against each other.
