Pros

Fan blades have 2 different color option you can choose which side you want showing. The light is bright and fans look sleek and expensive. The bulbs it came with are perfect.

This pushes a lot of air and is very quiet. Works as guaranteed, & best of all the brushed nickel fits in with rest of my house rooms. About $30 cheaper than the exact one at home depot.

They aren't too noisy and are actually quieter than my old bahama breeze fans that had unbalanced over the years. The fan is very quiet and generates a good breeze.

Cons

Massive disappointment. They develop a strange oily looking film that i’ve never experienced with other fans.

On the 42 this system is pretty rigid. On the 52 the blades sag a little when the fan is off and the blades are resting. Turning the fan to the highest setting also causes the light fixture to *. It emanates a strange buzzing sound.

Nevertheless this model is much better than the slightly cheaper builder series.

In my opinion, this is hunter’s best 52” fan.
