Pros

The directions are well laid out, the included hardware is in individual bags that have pictogram symbols printed on the bag and referenced in the directions.

Has two speeds medium and *extremely* high. Only complaint is that when we use the dimmer for the lights, the fan also slows down. Has option to replace with other bulbs too if needed.

The fan is super quiet and really puts out air. Lots of light and noise free. Super quiet, good output for being small. Very little noise.

Cons

While the fan does look nice, it looks nicer in their pictures. It wobbles on the highest setting. I'm tired of these manufacturers using a mount that supports itself against the ceiling drywall.
