Pros

It’s very quiet, no rattling or shaking noises like my previous walmart fan. It's quiet and is perfect for those late-night hot flashes i'm currently plagued with.

The design of the light base really simplifies assembly. A couple pointers for the installation is to first attach the blades into the housing. The squared-off, distressed-wood-look blades also fit our style.

It installs easily and is quiet and balanced without having to use the balancing kit. It is a two person job as you have to hold and align while * in. Very sturdy and easy to install.

It is a harbor breeze fan which is a brand i know. That’s just an fyi for ya.

The fan has great airflow and has three settings. The fan puts out more airflow then your average junk fan you get at lowes or homedepot. We live in southern az and majority of the year it is hot and out bathroom gets muggy with no air flow.

Cons

This is not only a poor design it risks some of the wire insulation being cut during the installation process. Looks like someone removed the triangular type mounting bracket from the box and replaced it with round hanging ball configuration.
