Pros

Looks great with my neutral farmhouse decor. They are minor scratches and scuffs, but i still feel like i got kind of * after spending $250 on a new fan.

Quiet and stylish. Works exactly as i expected with the added realization that it is more quiet than i expected. It spins slower than our other fans but moves a lot more air!

Simple light fixture that will be easy to keep clean, unlike my old chandelier style. Provides decent air flow, is quiet, & was easy to install. It is sleek and beautiful.

Cons

The unit wobbles when the ceiling fan is turned on high. Also, this latest unit has flickering lights when turned all the way up. There was no guidance on how to use the dimmer function.
