Pros

It has 3 speeds, 55-92-197 rpm. The only noise you hear, even on high speed is the sound of air rushing thru the gorgeous fan blades. It's quiet and looks expensive.

Fan is beautiful and wasn't difficult to install. One minor nag for us is that it doesn't seem to sit flush against the ceiling.

Cons

Lights flicker like there is an electrical issue. The light in the fan is very bright, and the dimmer switch won't work because the bulbs are led.
