The recipe originates in indonesia. Bursting with flavor. Addicted to this stuff.
Had the family over for some pho last week. It’s a staple in our house! Great in hamhocks and beans. At least for hubby and me.
It has enough heat to keep you interested if you love spicing up your dishes. It's just right for adding a little heat to soups or stir frys or marinades. Much more interesting than franks hot sauce, tabasco, or even sriracha.
Kick it up a notch and drop this in your next spicy dish.
Cons
This chili paste misses the mark by a wide margin. The vinegar and salt add a lot of bitterness.

I am on my third bottle and have given it to two friends who also love this product.
I have seen it priced much higher due to the chile crop failure so i was content to pay a tiny bit more for such a delicious product.
Price
I like it so much and add in my chinese and pasta dishes but the price is high and it should be low down

This was priced very fairly and great shipping times!
