For quite a long time this was unavailable, so i was making my own with dried chili peppers which turned out very nicely.

It adds a kick, it doesn’t have a bitter aftertaste, it’s just a really good flavor!

Having gone through three 8 ounce bottles, we now have a pair of 18 oz jars.

Over time we ramped up to the full amount and use it in other recipes.

So glad this is back even if it is twice the price of before!
