Pros

The tabasco sriracha is better than this and more heat. Not the chili paste either. This stuff has a good taste, but it is very difficult to enjoy because it is too hot. Give this one a bud.

Consistency is watery, and it’s missing the iconic tangy/acidic taste. Tasted like straight plastic. Overpriced and taste terrible.

The shortage hasn't made it easy for us sriracha lovers but the product arrived on time, intact and was fresh.
