It's versatile, i can add this to practically anything to enhance flavor.

My step son introduced me to this 10 years ago and it's just so freaking good.

But for eggs and soups and stews and crackers and in tuna and on kippers, it's all sriracha, and only huy fong.

Those knock offs aren't anywhere near this almost perfect (besides on chicken) hot sauce.

4 stars because we love siracha, but the price is ridiculous.

I know, in the store (when it was in the store in ontario) it was less than $7 a bottle (i think, it's been so long now).

No choice but to pay as it's not in stores anywhere anymore

The only thing is that the bottom was dented in the top.

Better flavor than competitors, to my mind.
