Pros

Franks is hotter, thinner and vinegary whereas sriracha ia milder, thicker and ketchupy. The difference in color and taste is due to huy fong had to get a new chili pepper distributor.

These are large bottles (28-ounces), so it's a lot of sauce at a time when it's not so easy to find sriracha. I hope it finds another supplier soon. It's a little pricey from what it used to be but what isn't?

Cons

There's no expiration date on the individual packets so i have no idea how old these are. Consistency is watery, and it’s missing the iconic tangy/acidic taste. They taste spoiled. Overpriced and taste terrible.
