Customer service is outstanding. Battery life is the best of any i've ever purchased. Luckily, they have a long battery life.

Battery life is superior, even with noise cancellation on. The noise canceling is better than that of some much more expensive headphones.

As a musician who records frequently, i’m pretty picky about audio. The sound quality is excellent even at high levels. Good mix of bass and hi-fi stereo sound.

Cons

There is a subtle ringing when the unit is on that makes my inner ears really hurt once i take them off. They sound decent but not very clear and the base was mediocre.

The bass is flabby and muddy and highs almost non existent. About all they are good for are podcasts and the muddiness will cause ear fatigue. My 10 year old ear pods thump harder than these.
