Pros

The sound quality is excellent, with a wonderful rich bass. Mids and treble are of course there, but i feel it definitely leans more to the bass. The sound is good and they are comfy, if a little heavier.

A thick cushioning and adjustable headband enables him to get them just right. There is also a hinge on each earphone which allows it to move around 20°.

Noise cancellation works very well, sound quality is superb no complaints about it. The noise cancelling aspect works exceptionally well and the noise masking is really good. Difference between on & off is subtle but it's there.

Easy to pair, you just hold down the middle button for 5 seconds and it will say pairing and then its as simple as finding them on your device and pairing from there. Connectivity is pretty solid. Can be used with wired connection as well.

Cons

The activation/deactivation and other status voice is also hideously annoying. Some philips ones i bought at christmas as a gift are also vastly superior.

Most of the material is plastic, but the plates on the earcups have a nice metallic finish.

The fabric is very soft and the padding too.

Competitiveness

Overall, i am very happy with them, and at this price point, i think they deserve a 5-star rating.

I also own skullcandy brands, and this one is a respectable budget alternative.

I wanted over ear headphones with good ingress protection for water, and these are rated ipx5.
