They keep the coffee hot, easy to hold and well insulated. Coffee stays hot and i like the slim handle and tapered bottom.
Aside from the faulty lid, this mug is great. The champagne color looks classy so i bought four. Love the size of this mug.
Cons
The lid and the lid slide closure are completely useless. The circumference is an odd size and not compatible with other lids such as yeti, rtic, or the like. The mug itself is great but the lid is made very cheaply!

It is easy to hold either with the handle or by wrapping my hands around it.
Shipping
The stickers they put on it before shipping did stick for a few days before they eventually washed off.
Packaging/appearance
I have not had a problem with paint peeling.
They did not require packaging of any kind.

The 18oz doesn’t stay hot for quite as long as my 14oz mugs - maybe for about an hour.

Only thing i would tell you is to be sure the slat is open on the lid before trying to put it in

Down side is you have to hand wash them and i ordered purple and got blue

It fits in a fairly shallow cup holder because the handle starts high enough up
