Pros

The rim is a great size to fill with ice. There are two parts that help seal the water bottle, a part that seals the entire lid. The lid is just that - you can easily * ice cold water and/or a carry cord.

The insulation keeps my drink warm or cold depending on which one i choose. It fits in most water bottle pockets on bags or backpacks. It’s the perfect thing to carry me through postpartum dehydration and even better, it fits in my car cup holder!

Cons

This is the worst purchase i have made in a while. By the time 8 hours pass my water is barely cold.
