Cons

Condensation on the outside means there's no double wall insulation. It already isn't locking at the top for the twist and won't close all the way! Sipping water from spout, it dribbles onto my chest.

The ice melts super fast! Hence why it takes so long to receive it. I went to process a return and although the seller approved the return on the shipping label, it says that the refund will be reduced by 20% restocking fee.

Good quality cup, very sturdy keeps ice for at least 6 to 8 hours the handle is handy for the gym.

I love this water bottle it so great and it doesn’t leak which is an issue i’ve always had.
