You already have to use your hand to put it in you mouth so opening and closing the valve should be no problem for anyone

Very similar in looks almost seems like they are from the same factory with the difference being that one is branded and this one is not

Also make sure you want it really well before using the first time i used it even after washing the water came through the tube tasting like rubber

I tried using my camelback bladder from another pack but it didnt have the small angled mouthpiece that this one does
