Responsive and courteous customer service. Their customer service is top notch and most importantly, the bottle and carry handle istop notch.

First week of trying the hydro cell brand and its great however the sippy lid sometimes has issues. No leak issues or condensation problems.

They are very durable and strong. They are well insulated and definitely worth the price. I like the slightly textured finish.

The colors that they offer are nice.

Cons

Each sip from the drinking lid, leaks. The further you tip it the more it leaks. Hydrocell tries to pass the sports cap leak problem off because it's designed for functionality.
