Pros

Customer service is phenomenal. No complaint so far. It has some scuffs and minor scratches.

Hydrocell holds up fantastically and keeps drinks at temp much better than my hydroflask. Enough to keep me hydrated all day. The 24oz lasts all day and we bring them everywhere! I have to get so many ounces in a day so this helps me tremendously!

Two lids are provided; a cap style with a handle strap and a straw suction version. Doesn't leak (filled it with water and tested with both lids)- easy to clean. I have a lot of stainless steel cups but this bottle tops them all.

Cons

For overly excessive price. Can't seem to find any info to contract the seller. How hard is it for a seller to provide accurate dimensions?

Water spews everywhere. Insulated like a tshirt. It frequently gets hung up and detaches from the lid.
