Pros
They seal beautifully, are easy to open and close, and just the right size to fit in a mini or full sized backpack when you're out and about. They have amazing customer service and lifetime warranty. I would order from them anytime again!
After contacting customer service i was received with very friendly service and was send a replacement lid with straw. The lids are interchangable. The straw folds down while transporting to stay clean.
Cons
This bottle leaks constantly. Can't seem to find any info to contract the seller. Once this bottle bites the dust i won't be ordering another from this company.
Water spews everywhere. Even though they are stainless steel, they must be washed by hand and cannot be placed in a dishwasher.
