Pros
Oz slim design is fits perfectly with enough cool water to keep them hydrated the whole day.
The bottle is absolutely amazing! Responsive and courteous customer service. The bottle and carry handle is top notch. This a quality product.
They work well and fit in their backpacks better than some previous ones we had. They are very durable and strong. They have a few little dents from the drops but has never broke.
Cons
The bottle leaks when use the sports cap. The further you tip it the more it leaks. The new one dents easier; feels thinner, the lid comes off super easy and even leaks.
My water is lukewarm after 5 hours. The insulation on this is just low low-end. It's not dishwasher safe which is a hassle and *. Although i am loyal to this brand, and own 2 other insulated water bottles that work really well.

Seems well made and should last a long time.
They are easy to clean, durable and the straw spout very comfortable to drink from.
After purchasing their water bottle, it soon started leaking around the screw top.
Unfortunately, i did not notice the o-ring fell out of the cap when i cleaned the bottle the first time until i saw the leakage at work.
Price
This was a very reasonably priced hydro cell.
Overall - a great product - worth the price.
Huge selling point for me because when they get lost at school i’m not out $50!
At first, i wondered what type of customer service would be offered for very reasonably priced product.
Shipping
I received it as a gift, and it quickly became my daily go-to.
Product arrived quickly and was in factory fresh condition.
As we all know, amazon shipping leaves a lot to be desired at times .
I sent a message via their website, and the same day i received a reply.
Packaging/appearance
It came to us badly dented, and i had to contact the company directly for a replacement.
Came with an extra straw but so far the first one is holding up fine.
Competitiveness
I need my water ice cold always and this keep my eyes for the longest of any other brand.
I contacted several other suppliers of insulated ss coffee bottles about the type of plastic used in the caps.
