Pros

The 32oz bottle fits nicely in both the drink holders in the consoles in my cars. I love ice cold water and this stays cold even after my ice melts. Hydro cell has replacement lids.

Just buy one, you will not be disappointed. Loving both of mine and use them many times every day. Everyone loves them.

I really appreciate how simple and easy it was to communicate with the company. Also the water bottle is fantastic! The color is gorgeous. The bottle is tough and durable.

Cons

The drinking spout makes a really annoying squealing sound when you drink from the straw lid. The plastic drinking cap witha straw is kind of * and leaks. And lastly, it leaks a lot,. Enabling it unusable in most professional and class room settings.

The knob on the top of the lid (connecting the rubber band and the lid) just came off out of the blue. The strap connecting the lid is a horrible design.
