Pros

Great durability. At a fraction of the cost of their main competitor, their customer service rocks, too!

It keeps the ice cold for hours as it is insulated very well. I want to drink cold water that is safe to drink after my visits.

Cons

The knob on the top of the lid (connecting the rubber band and the lid) just came off out of the blue. Water spews everywhere. Small print on the enclosed info says the “no leak’ claim isn’t effective with the flip up top- no kidding.

The water tastes metallic and disgusting coming out of this container. Ice is melted about 1-2hrs after putting ice and cold water in it. However it now has a rust spot in the bottom and is not safe to drink from.
