Pros

Some ice cubes still remain 14 hours later.

The extra grip also makes it easier to unscrew, which is a nice accessibility feature, intentional or otherwise. It's rugged enough so it withstands some accidental dropping. Super fast shipping.

The hydro cell has a wide mouth for filling and cleaning, plus 2 different lids. For all temperature and leak claims, the company uses the screw on cap as its point of reference. It has yet to leak!

Cons

The straw in the top is not centered and doesn't seem to attach firmly to the little nib in the cap. The strap connecting the lid is a horrible design. The plastic drinking cap witha straw is kind of * and leaks.

The opening is too small to get ice into easily. Often it gets blocked with ice pieces. It is too late to return, but needless to say i won't be purchasing again.

It was extra but worth the price.

I contacted customer service and they quickly responded.

And promptly i received a new cap and straw and carrying tag.

I contacted them and they immediately got a free shipment going with a new lid and some other extra bits.

They immediately were willing to send me not just one replacements valves but two and sent me a replacement cap!

Packaging/appearance
