Doesnt keep my water as cold as other brands and its hard to get the ice in from a fridge dispenser

Ive used other insulated bottles such as miir and i think that keeps water cold longer than this one i think not saying its true

This main issue i had with miir was the cap wouldnt stay on or it would fall off if not tight
