Pros

Good thermos, keeps food warm for at least 5 hours. Had few different insulated bowl for zojirushi, walmart brand, and thermos. Charge it with boiling water for minimum of 15 minutes in the morning before putting her hot lunch in.

Cons

Thermal transfer is never a good sign in an supposedly insulated vessel. The lid gets warm to the touch, and therefore looses heat.

Hot/boiling food at 8:00am is lukewarm at best by noon. This product is scam so please don’t buy if your intent is to keep your food warm for at least 3 hours. Not even luke warm, cold.
