At 900 am there was still ice floating in the water

I retrieved it after dark and the ice had barely melted at all maybe one inch down from the top

One important note is that this new model growler identifiable by the handle coming out towards the side around the neck is not compatible with the existing hydroflask straw and other lids

They replied quickly to my email and after doing what they needed they sent me a whole new growler and since my stuck one was full of beer told me to keep it
